Refund and Guarantee Policy

1. The 10X guarantee

The guarantee applies to the Re-Hook: 10 trial reels package.

• The baseline. Before anything is published we record the view count of your original video, as shown by Instagram at that moment, and confirm the number with you. That is your baseline.
• The target. 10 times the baseline. With a baseline of 1,000 views, the target is 10,000.
• What counts. The views of all 10 new reels added together, as reported by Instagram. It is a combined target. It is not a promise that any single reel reaches 10 times the baseline.
• The window. 72 hours, starting when the first of the 10 trial reels goes live on your account. Not when you pay, and not when you send us your videos.
• The result. If the combined views at the end of the window are below the target, you are entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the 10-reel package.
• You keep the videos. All 10 edited reels are yours whether we hit the target or refund you. A refund does not require you to delete or return them.

2. How to claim

1. Email privacy@re-hook.co from the address you bought with, within 30 days of the end of your 72-hour window. Put “10X guarantee” in the subject.
2. We check the combined views against the baseline using Instagram’s reporting for your account. Your results report shows the same figures.
3. If the target was missed, we refund the package price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

You do not need to give a reason beyond the numbers, and we will not ask you to try something else first.

3. When the guarantee does not apply

The guarantee measures our work, so it depends on the test being allowed to run:

• The 72-hour window has not started because we do not yet have account access, a chosen video with a confirmed baseline, or your approval of the hooks.
• During the window, reels were deleted, archived, hidden or edited by you, the account was made private, or publishing access was revoked.
• Instagram removed or restricted the content or the account for reasons connected to the content you supplied or to the account’s history.
• The baseline video’s view count was materially changed by paid promotion after it was recorded.

If one of these happens for reasons outside your control, tell us. We would rather re-run the test properly than argue about it.

4. Refunds outside the guarantee

Re-Hook: 10 trial reels

• Before we start work (before hooks are sent to you): full refund on request, for any reason.
• If we cannot deliver, for example because the account is not eligible for trial reels or we cannot get the access we need: full refund.
• After the reels are published: the 10X guarantee in section 1 is your refund right.

100 Re-Hooks

The 10X guarantee does not apply to the 100 Re-Hooks add-on, and we do not guarantee a view count for it.

• Before we start work on the pack: full refund on request, for any reason.
• After work has started: you may cancel the remainder at any time. We refund the pack price in proportion to the reels not yet produced. For example, with 60 of 100 reels produced, 40% of the pack price is refunded. Reels already produced are yours to keep.
• If we cannot deliver the rest, for any reason on our side or because of a platform change: the same proportional refund.

5. Charges you do not recognize

The only charges we make are the package you bought at checkout and any add-on you chose by clicking a button that stated the amount. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email privacy@re-hook.co and we will look into it and reverse anything charged in error. Contacting us first is faster than a bank dispute, and it does not affect your right to make one.

6. Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live, which it does not limit.
